Welcome to RDS NZ Limited. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

RDS NZ Limited ("we", "us", "our") is a company based in Auckland, New Zealand, providing kitchen design, manufacturing, installation, and project management services.

2. Client Agreements

Before the commencement of any work, all clients must enter into a signed agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and costs of the project. No work will begin without a fully executed contract.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

• 50% deposit upon contract signing

• 45% progress payment prior to delivery of the kitchen

• 5% final payment upon completion of the project

All payments must be made by the due dates specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or delays in project delivery.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

RDS NZ Limited does not offer refunds or accept cancellations once the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid. This policy reflects the custom and made-to-order nature of our products and services.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation provided by RDS NZ Limited remain the intellectual property of RDS NZ Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are not permitted to use or reproduce our designs without express written permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services and meet all agreed deadlines, RDS NZ Limited will not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by suppliers, contractors, or unforeseen circumstances

• Minor discrepancies or defects within industry-accepted tolerances

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the project

We will, however, work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal remedies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any legal proceedings must be filed within the jurisdiction of Auckland.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
